This New Moon finds itself at 4 degrees Aquarius, the zodiac sign symbolized by the Water-Bearer, often depicted as a man pouring water from a basin. Contrary to popular belief, however, Aquarius is an air sign, not a water sign. What looks like water being poured should be considered more like the flowing of thoughts, ideas, and realizations.
Wherever this new moon falls in your chart (for me, it is the 6th House of routines, colleagues, health), that is where you will be given a new opportunity to show your self worth, self-assertion, and self-love. Only through reconnecting to a sense of romance, playfulness, and excitement in your creation and endeavor of your goals will you benefit the common good.
If you do the work, then you will awaken to your self-awareness which, in turn, will help attract your tribe. It is often through friends that we are able to see our own ideas actualized into the material world. Done are the days of chasing for your wants and needs, now you will summon them to you with ease by doing the inner work that this new moon lays before you. As a famous Aquarius once said:
“My therapy has come from paying attention to my life.”– Oprah Winfrey

This crystal is known as the ultimate amplifier of good vibrations. Amethyst is known to balance your mood, dispel anger, fear and anxiety. Use amethyst to symbolize your efforts towards overcoming addiction, depression, and protection from nightmares. Keep this crystal in a place where you can gaze at if often; hold it in your hand, set your intention, squeeze, smile, then release — let your intentions spread with it’s energy into the room.

Let labradorite’s energy guide you through change and transformation. This crystal is known to balance and protect the aura, keeping negative energies — sometimes from within ourselves — from blocking our way. Wear this stone near your throat to ignite the voice of the body.
Use any of the four elements to keep your crystals charged for maximum power.
Fire: crystals sit outside in sunlight or near a safe and contained source of fire like a candle, wood fireplace, or camp fire.
Earth: bury crystals in earth, soil, or dirt. Wrap crystals in leaves or rest on a bed of flower petals.
Air: burn incense and keep crystals near the smoke
Water: Let soak in creek, stream, river, ocean, or water from home (not all crystals do well in water so research first). Let crystals sit outside in moonlight (yes, new moon light can still charge crystals!)
